we were upgraded to air-conditioned premier king room with high ceiling.

The bed was a little hard, that's sad thing.

The location for Malacca was peaceful and unbeatable, so close to b outlet, night market, free parking spots, nicely furnished rooms, cool gym at the rooftop, and communal areas. Ate at Ole Sayang, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The food here is amazing with a wide variety to choose from, and the location is excellent, just a short walk away from a fascinating historic site.

The venue has brand-new rooms with 2 king bed as well as cushions and genuinely helpful staff...

They offered air conditioned and romantic rooms with cushions and nice interior, for example. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from a 16th century Portuguese fort.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and come with an extra cozy bed. the bathrooms are also nice and there's plenty of space to move around in. Plus, the breakfast is really good! 🌞

The decoration of the hotel's general areas was absolutely stunning. The lines of light bulbs that lit up the courtyard created a magical and enchanting atmosphere. The lantern decorated floor corridors added a touch of traditional charm. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility very convenient. The staff was always available to assist me in carrying my bags and the whole hotel was designed with safety features such as fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. It made me feel secure and comfortable during my stay.

If I may suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more knowledgeable staff when it comes to taking care of the needs of older guests. The children working there could benefit from some additional training specifically related to catering to the senior population.
